Most Important People In Our Business

 

They are not dependent on me --I depend on them.

They are not an interruption in my work --

they are the very purpose of it.

They do me a favor when they call -- I am not doing them a favor

when I serve them.

They are not just cold statistics, but real flesh and blood humans,

just like you and me.

They are vital parts of my business -- not outsiders.

They are not names, facts, or numbers on a ledger.

They are not people to argue with or match wits with.

they are people who bringg to me their needs and wants.

My job is to fulfill Them.

They are the very lifeblood of our community.

They are the ones who buy my services and pay my salary.

They deserve the most courteous and attentive treatment

I can give them.

 

Hi my name is Debby and I have been a

dog groomer for over 30 years.

Below are some of the dogs that I have groomed


MY HOURS ARE 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M., MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY,

FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY, WEDNESDAY HOURS ARE 9:00A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT -- 283-9306

I give Personalized Care, no Restrants or Muzzles

are used, no tranqualizers are used.

I give personalized attention to each dog

I do 3-4 dogs per day, You are not required to drop

your dog off at 9:00 A.M

and then pick them up at 5:30 P.M.

Your dogs have there own cages and are not put into

one room together with other dogs to run free

All the dogs that come into my shop are all hand dried, none are cage dried.

I have a program simalar to the milk cards that I have

used for years (example--- the first 5 appointments I send out

a Special for $5.00 off, the next 5 appointments is $6.00 off and so on )

If appointments are made in advance I give a

discount, this can't exceed 8 weeks.
